Our performance reviews have been completed but some managers have not yet communicated the reviews with their employees. We recently had an employee change managers and the previous manager that completed the review did not share the review with the employee yet. Is there a way to send the review to the previous manager without changing the employee's manager back to previous manager? Thank you!
Request clarification before answering.
From a form perspective, would your configuration pick up that the employee has a new manager? You could "rock the form" and have it moved back a step first, then move it forward so the system picks up the new manager.
Alternatively, a shared step between the new manager and previous manager could be another option however might be administrative if the goal is just to have the new manager complete the process.
Could there be an out-of-system solution to have the previous manager send the new manager a copy of the form to complete?
