Sharing an iContent server

Hi!

We have a case of an organization with several separate entities who each have their own SF instance and own EC module, but the need to share learning content: Is it possible for multiple, separate SF Learning instances to share the same icontent server? And if so, any possible issues we should be aware of?

Hello Chantal,

We usually connect one iContent Service to different instances: Production, test, and Development.

So I don't see a problem to connect different production instances that are in the same data center than the icontent server to use.
