Share option in advanced executive review filter

Hi,

There is one feature added in 2H 2022 in advance executive review filter which SHARE executive review filter across the organization. what are the scenarios in which the client wants to use this feature or what are the conditions in which this feature is useful?

Additionally these filters cannot be enforced in the sense that they cannot be used as "default" scope upon first login and they will show for all templates a user has executive review access for.

The intention of this feature is to allow pre-population of filters. For example, the reward team may decide on a set of filters that all HRBPs would frequently use; this feature would give all the HRBPs the filters without requiring the HRBPs to set them all up individually.
