Dear Community,
We have the following two questions related to the "View Details" option for Variable Pay:
1) We are using two business goal sections and would like to name them accordingly. As an example, see below the screenshot from a Sales Demo, where under "View Details", the section is labeld with "Organization Performance".
In this second screenshot, you can see our current configuration, with the labels missing for the two business goal sections:
Where can we add the labels accordingly? Any input is appreciated.
2) Additionally, we would like to change the order. We want to list first the section for the Individual Objectives, before the business goal sections. The order of the columns is already set accordingly (starting with Individual Objectives) under "Design Worksheet" -> "Column Designer".
Is this possible, and if so, how?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi @Ajnos18
As far as I know we can't change the order of sections to show Individual before Business. It's always from top to bottom: Business (x2) > Team > Individual.
To edit the name of the section it's here:
Or here directly in the XML :
All the best,
Xavier

Hi @xavierlegarrec
Thanks a lot for the fast reply, we appreciate your feedback.
Regarding the labels for the business goal selection, we are not referring to the label on the worksheet, this one works fine for us. It is the label for the display of the business goals under "View Details" which we do not know where we can add/edit it, since it seems it is not automatically taken from the worksheet, see screenshot below:
Do you have any input on that one?
Thank you
@Ajnos18 Can you share a screenshot of the Business Goal section permissions under Plan Setup > Configure Label Names and Visibility ?
I think you may be missing some visibility on the standard field below for the person accessing the screens (screenshot you took).
Hi @xavierlegarrec
Thank you for looking into this, see below the screenshot:
The field header is missing.
