SF User Connector Error with Country ID field

Hello,

I have previously asked a question about LMS connectors error and got an answer about it [SF User Connector Error Message "1175 Code" | SAP Community].

After having fixed the issue, I faced a new one that is as follows :

  • For existing employees, either modified or not, connectors extract wrong data from the Country Optional ID field (Tunisia or 24150) instead of TUN,
  • New manually added employees are correctly mapped with Counrty ID field.

How could I fix this issue with existing employees ?

Hello zeid.souebni, hope you´re doing well

I`d like to suggest you to try the follow:

1 - Do a full extract from LMS - You can use the download results in the People >> Users menu adding a filter to bring only these employees from Tunisia.

2 - Adjust the field Country on the file - In the Column Country fill out with correct information

3 - Use the Import Tool to download the Template >> System Administration >> System Management Tool >> Import Tool >> Template: User

4 - Upload in the system - Using the same Import Tool, choose the template user and in the Import Option: update - With the archive, import it

Not all column is needed, so you can fill only using required fields and the Country adjusted.

Thank you for your suggestion dear daniel.romanin.

I tried this previously and it doesn't help fix the issue since the correct information should be active and correctly mapped between both SF and LMS.
