SF recruitment for 3rd party employees.

Hello!

Scenario - Our client would like the "internal" vacancies to be available for their 3rd party employees.While the 3rd party employees are not directly employed with the client, they should be able to view and apply for the "internal" vacancies through the SF-Recruitment application page, without logging into the SF portal.

We were thinking that we create a page listing the "vacancies" page linking it with the careers page in the SF portal, and provide the link to the subsidiaries, which they will include in their existing system (probably the dashboard or the homepage) and will be redirected to the page once they click on the link, which in turn will be linked to the SF careers section page.

The "vacancies" page will contain, the mentioned jobs as hyperlinks, on clicking on the links, the candidate should be redirected to the SF careers page section, wherein, they will update, save and submit the details.

Issue - Need direction on how can we proceed!

1. Setting up the page.
2. How do we develop and link the "page" to the SF portal
3. Also, the "page" should be a mirror image of the careers section portal page and vacancies.

I would really appreciate a reply or some sort of information on, how to proceed.
