Hi
Is it possible to create two different candidate profiles in Recruiting Module ( For example, one for USA and one for other countries) ?
Thank you for your support

Hi Wieland,
Thank you for your detailed answer.
My client's need was to have candidate template for US candidate where the resume is not mandatory and antoher one for all other countries where the resume is mandatory.
I understand that it's not possible.

It is possible when the resume requirement is set on the application template not on the candidate profile.

The only solution would then be, to make the resume in general not mandatory and make it mandatory on the application for all countries except US.
Like this everybody who applies has to fill it - but of course not when a candidate only fills the profile.

The only possible way to differentiate within the permissions is between internal and external candidates. There is no way of showing some fields to candidates based on nationality - this is only possible within the application, and there it is based on the country of posting.
