SF RCM to Phenom Job posting

Hi community,

I need your views or experience in a scenario where sf RCM is the ATS system with Phenom for job application. we want to be able to post jobs to job boards via SF due to the higher number of boards available, however, when the applicant clicks on apply they need to be redirected to phenom for application. is this possible?

phenom representative is not aware of a workaround.

Unfortunately, we cannot redirect to Phenom page when the job is posted from SuccessFactors. We tried to achieve this but in vain. The only way for the candidates to land on Phenom page is to post the jobs from Phenom instead of SuccessFactors.
