SF RCM - Language guidance in SF

The Talent Acquisition in my company is requesting to purchase Textio software which is an augmented writing platform that helps to create good writing by using bias free words and provides language guidance in job postings and job requestions. Is there any similar functionality that is available in SF that can be used natively?

Do you use Job Profile Builder? It was a "Job Analyzer" built in. Perhaps that would fit your need?

We use JPB "off label" and have separate job profiles for posting vs for EC.

Yes we do use JBP. This a great option to look at. Currently our business wants to implement the textio software however I would like to check for an application within SF. Thank you

You bet! If you don't see it as an option within JPB or on the "Job Profile" tab of the req, then you'll need to activate it via Upgrade Center. Good luck! 🙂
