One of my clients has taken licenses for SF of the following modules:-

Recruitment Management

Employee Central

Time management

Payroll

Pls guide us how to run payroll on SF payroll

I would highly recommend your "client" ensure they hire a consulting firm that has experience in SuccessFactors as a start. Hope this helps
