SF LMS SSL Certificate Renewal

Hi Team,

We have received an email from SAP to renew our Learning SSL certificate. I have downloaded the certificate, but I am not sure where to apply it. Is it in LMS system, or a web browser, not sure.

I have referred this KBA and I don't see any settings in my LMS system as mentioned in the KBA.

There is no Client secret manitained in our LMS system. It is just N/A. I have checked it for each Admin individually as mentioned in the KBA.

Middleware: SFTP: We are using SF-provided SFTP only for File Transfer to LMS system. Do we still need to update the SSL certificate?

Can anyone let me know where and how to install the new certificate?

You need to install it in your company's SSL server. Please refer to this KBA for all details.
