SF LMS How to Assign updated Curricula to non completed or inprogress users

Hi,

I am looking for some advice regarding Curricula Assignment.

I have a Curricula which contain multiple items/sub curricula/requirements and assigned to the user through Assignment Profile.

We have a requirement to add the new items to the existing/same curricula and assign to the users who are not completed (exclude completed users).

The Curricula should get assigned to In-progress or incomplete or new users only. Is there any way to achieve this functionality.

I have tried to add Item completion criteria Rule in Assignment Profile but if it matches one item complete then it is not assigning.
