SF LMS external users cannot login

Hi,

we have configured our LMS for externals. Those externals can access LMS and get the courses.

Sometimes some of those external users lost an access to LMS, they have info that user/password is incorrect.

From LMS administration profile looks fine, but external cannot login to the system.

We cannot reset for those users password and account by using reset user password or account.

So it looks like that those users are not somehow platform users.

How to enable those users access to LMS?

Did you update the finance tab to use the external shopping cart type?

Dear Team,

You can reset the password Using the reset user password option from search panel and share the proper SF link with company id details.

Hi,

yes, we are migrated to IAS, but problem was also before migrating to IAS and is also now (after migration to ias).

And issue with login refers only to ~5% all of externals users.
