SF Learning Delegation Email Link on ILX

Hi,

Since we implemented the new Learning Homepage, the link provided to the delegate does not open directly to the approval page (as a delegate). Instead, it opens his own learning homepage. Is there a way to create a direct link to the delegator's approval page?

@syarif, delegate permissions can be adjusted to restrict access to "Approvals" only. As a result, when the delegate uses the "Act as" function, they'll be directed to the home page but will only have visibility of the "Requests for Me" section and the "Approvals" option within the "Activities" menu.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification on the steps to act as a delegate. However, my query pertains to the email notification sent to a delegate, which includes a token labelled "Direct Link to Delegation Task." Previously, this link allowed the delegate to access the delegator's approval page directly, without additional steps such as clicking on "act as." I would be grateful for your insights on this matter.
