SF Benefits: Multiple Dependent and Items Claim

We are currently setting up our Education Assistance Benefit and would like to inquire if can SF Benefits Module perform the following:

1. Handle multiple dependents in one claim?

2. Handle multiple claim types in one claim? (tuition, books, others)

Currently we removed the cap associated per items. Dependent info details also maintained to capture education details of children.

In the UI screen, all of the fields are lined on the left side, is there a way to utilize the whole screen by putting fields on the right side?

Thank you for those who will respond. Highly appreciate

Yes, SuccessFactors Benefits Module can handle multiple dependents in one claim and multiple claim types in one claim. It also allows for the customization of the UI screen so that the fields can be placed on the right side of the screen if desired. Additionally, SuccessFactors Benefits Module can help you to remove any caps associated with per item claims and maintain dependent information to capture education details of children.

If this answer satisfies your question, kindly accept it and could you close the thread. Have a great day! 🙂

Thank you so much for the helpful response.

Would it be fine to elaborate on how to configure those? It was explained to us that system is designed to handle one dependent claim only and since the ask is for multiple dependents, system will not be able to do some logic on the 2nd and suceedding dependents. It would be great if system can handle the logics for all dependents and amount claim per each dependent can automatically sum up and reflect in the total amount of the claim.

The improvement in the UI screen (maximizing the right side of the screen) you mentioned would be a significant improvement for the look and feel of the user.
