SF Assignment Profile - Difference between Download Existing Users and Download Preview Users

In Success Factors when working with Assignment Profiles, what is the difference between the dropdown option "Download Existing Users" and the option on bottom of Rules Table "Download Preview Users"? Should the number of results ever differ?

Hi Neeraj, thanks for this information. I do still have a question that I don't see in the knowledge based document. I set up an assignment profile and the number of users differs when I click "Download Existing Users" and when I click "Download Preview Users". E.g. when I download the Excel list from "Download Existing Users" and "Download Preview Users" and found one contained 4,500 users and one 4,600 users. Why wouldn't these numbers match?
