Setting a field in mdf object mandatory if current user is a specific permission group

Is there a possibility to set a field in an mdf object mandatory if the current user is within a specific permission group? Like:

User A (Permission Group A) selects MDF object, creates a new entry, field A, B and C are mandatory
User B (Persmission Group B) selects MDF object, creates a new entry, field A, B and C are not mandatory.

I didn't find a solution for this case - neither in business rules nor in Ui rules.
