I am trying to set a field in the personalinfo_onboardee persontype in BCUI so it is set to non mandatory for the onboardee but leave the HRIS element field as mandatory for the EC field
The error message received: ONBOARDEE Data Model is not consistent: The field gender should be enabled and mandatory in personalInfo_onboardee, as this field in personalInfo is enabled and mandatory.
