Hi I need to set an item in LMS as per below timelines can anyone guide- person should get
• At the start of their employment
• At 6-months of employment completion and
• Every 12-months of employment after the 6-months
Request clarification before answering.
Hello there,
Given that this requirement has also been raised by many of our LMS customers, I have done some research and there is actually an enhancement note for this feature already (here). This note is currently in the status of "Under Review".
Not sure what the outcome may be but voting for it or leaving a note may help SAP consider why this function is important.

@HeenaG, you could work with two features to try to achieve it: Assignment profile and curricula retraining. The assignment profile would assist you with the initial course assignment, based upon the hired date, and the curricula retraining with the periods to re-do the given course, after the first completion.
