set an LMS item-the beginning of their employment,on6months of employment& Every12month after 6month

Hi I need to set an item in LMS as per below timelines can anyone guide- person should get
• At the start of their employment
• At 6-months of employment completion and
• Every 12-months of employment after the 6-months

Hello there,

Given that this requirement has also been raised by many of our LMS customers, I have done some research and there is actually an enhancement note for this feature already (here). This note is currently in the status of "Under Review".

Not sure what the outcome may be but voting for it or leaving a note may help SAP consider why this function is important.

@HeenaG, you could work with two features to try to achieve it: Assignment profile and curricula retraining. The assignment profile would assist you with the initial course assignment, based upon the hired date, and the curricula retraining with the periods to re-do the given course, after the first completion.

Hi thanks for your response, I am through with the assignment profile but under curricula retraining I am bit confused as I want one specific policy to be launched for a user at the time of joining then same user should get that on 6 months completion from the date of joining & again same user should get the same policy to complete after Every 12 months of employment after the 6 months

I don't think it'll be possible to reach that granularity of retraining via a single curricula. It might be required to work with different features, such as prerequisites and another assignment profile or another curricula to try to achieve it.
