Servererror ocurred: User has no edit permission

Whenever we(me and my team those have admin role) try to add the roles to the user, the Servererror ocurred that says User has no edit permission to his role. We are only able to provide Learner role to the user. For rest, everyone with the admin access, are facing the same issue.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions how we can mitigate this issue? Thanks!

Hi Mayuri,

can you please check the permission of your role which you plan to assign? Maybe you and your team are not assigned in the permission of this certain role. You should mark Administrate role & Edit role.

Even if you and your team have admin permissions, it can be that you have those issues if you are not added there and maybe someone else from your company. But the Admin role should allow you, that you can add yourself to this role. If not please reach out to the creator of this role and ask for providing you the named permissions.
