Hi,
For some reason when I try and launch Producer from Manager I am now getting Server Error 403 forbidden.
I had no issues earlier this week and login/web connection is all the same?

Hi Dirk, I have had this resolved now (it appeared a new security protocol was blocking it. However I have client that still can't launch Producer from Manager. They have found a workaround by having the .senl file in the C drive and launching directlt from there: Could you advise why it would work from here and not from the Manager?

I am trying to get this resolved with IT as something is now blocking it. The error has now changed to 'Connection Error (0x00002EE2).
Does this help identify the issue, the web says this is firewall issue?

All users, or just you? Cloud or On Prem? And SSO or manual IDs? But long story short, likely to be an expired certificate somewhere, or IT have just made some changes / 'updated' their malware filters.
