We use distribution emails for sending notifications to specific departments and groups. There are approximately 27 distribution email addresses that are used for Onboarding and Offboarding alone.
However, SAP SuccessFactors requires these distribution emails to be linked to an employee profile or service account in order for Onboarding 2.0 notifications to be sent out.
This limitation requires us to create multiple service accounts within SuccessFactors. Creation of service accounts in production are subject to IT security audits and controls.
- Are there any workarounds aside from creating a service account in SuccessFactors?
