Send reminders to Onboardees to complete pending tasks

Hi,

I would like to know how to set up reminders to be sent to onboardees before the due date for 14days to complete the Personal Data and Additional Data collection steps.

I have tried the 'Set up Reminder' feature in the Email Services - Active Templates but it does not work as expected.

Could anyone provide a better and working solution for this.

Hi Chandana, 

Please note that the reminders are sent based on the due date of the task and not the start date. In case they are different in your instance, you may see the emails not being triggered 14 days before the start date. You can configure the due date via onboarding configuration in manage data.

I see in the KBA that if the start date is the due date then no configuration is needed so now I will work on the condition given by you and provide a feedback.. Thank you!

Hi Gopinath, I see you master the reminders in the onboarding module rather well. Do you know if I make changes to the reminder structure, that these changes are retroactive? I want to avoid that changes in the reminder configuration trigger 100's of reminder e-mails to offboardees who were terminated in the past but did not finish all tasks yet.

@ChandanaPatloth if still failing in your system ,kindly file support ticket and it cannot be further debugged in this forum as it required system details,config reviews and log access.
