Send forms of inactive employees to completed

Dear all,

is it possible to send the forms of terminated employees (after becoming inactive or termination is registered in EC) to Completed? I know there is a setting in provisioning to delete them, but I could not find anything about sending them to Completed folder.

is there a way to automate this step though?

So far we have not found a way to do this without the manual routing of the documents by one of our admins.

Hi Mridul,

sorry I was not expressing myself clearly. I would like to make that happen automatically.

However, in the KBA you send I found the answer already

• The form cannot automatically be routed to a Completed status. An idea for this is listed on Customer Influence and you can add your vote to Add the ability to automatically Route PM Documents to Completion for Inactive Users.

Di you tried Route form and using subject as criteria to move the form ?

Also if you want to hide the form from the Manager inbox without deleting the form you can use "Manage document visibility" to hide form from Manger inbox.
