SEN Validity and Publishing

Hi,
Can you please help me ?

1. How to check the purchasing details of my SEN Cloud version like validity, number of users limit ? When I clicked About option in Manager -> Help, its just displaying the cloud version number.

2. When I select the objects and click Publish Selected Object option in Producer, it's not publishing the objects. But publishing works in Manager and also in producer (while saving to server) . How to understand this option ?

Quick Answers:

1) Reach out to your Account Executive at SAP or check with your company's procurement department. The number of subscriptions purchased is in the Cloud Service contract. This information is not shown in Manager.

2) This is are different operations. Publish object in Producer actually means "export". You can publish an object in Producer like you are doing in Manager by right-clicking on it, selecting Server Actions -> Change Workflow... or Change Workflow for All Objects if you selected Server Bulk Actions. Then tick the Publish check box. and click OK. Done. The "Published" state is assigned.
