SEN. SSO in producer fails

Hi all, I have such problem:

Prerequisites

1. SEN - on premes edition
2. SSO has been configured and works well
3. Workarea permissions have been set up

Problem description

Access to the manager with SSO - success

In Producer when the user with appropriate role tries to create workarea from server and selects 

SSO - Using Kerberos

1. Error - not authorised 
2. Without SSO (login and password) - everything works well

I tried to take a look into log file but it's empty

Maybe you know how to fix it
