SEN - Migrate from on-prem to cloud - license implications

Hi,

Hoping for a succinct answer before engaging with our SAP account representative.

We have a licensed SEN On-prem solution and are wondering if on-prem licenses could be converted/uplifted to move to SAAS SEN Cloud?

Would we have to buy new licenses or can the existing be converted (if possible) mid-term?

It's an entirely different licensing model. On prem has Creator vs. Consumer licenses. Cloud has only one. You'll need to renegotiate / procure all new licenses. Whether this is more or less expensive depends on how many licenses you had of each on prem type vs how many you need for cloud.
