Thanks always for the quick and great responses on this community!
We've done well over a hundred Instant Producer users and usually the Manager connect is simple and quick.
However, for the one user we get the error in the attached screenshot, basically that the download from Manager (Connect Instant Producer) doesn't find the proper app.
The Instant Producer is installed and can be launched as desktop only, but we need this user connected to Manager, for several reasons. (Most of our Instant Producer people are connected to Manager).
This has been back and forth with the user, so I hesitate to just "cowboy up" and try things. To me, it feels like a partial/corrupt Instant Producer install.
So... looking for guidance here, wanted to check to try and give one good answer rather than several attempts before resolution.

Hi Wallace,
I'd recommend to distribute a fresh .managerConnection file to the user, just to make sure it's not corrupted.
It also looks like the pc doesn't know how to open the type of file so please check the list under "more apps" and see if it lists Instant Producer.
If this doesn't work, please open up an incident for the on-premise version with component KM-WPB-IPR.
