SEN: Error message "Call was rejected by callee"

Hi, when generating documents in EN, I get this error message "Call was rejected by callee". Producer will

stop working and I will need to restart Producer. This error only occurs when trying to generate documents in SEN. Has anyone had the same or a similar issue? Awaiting your valuable suggestions.

This usually happens when a Add-in on Word prevents the javascript. We had similar error and later discovered that a Cybersec add -in on MS Word is preventing the document generation. We had to disable the Add in by updating the settings in MS Word.

Hi Vivek, thank you for sharing the above information. The javascript error message has been resolved, but work instructions in PDF and Word format do not open after the document has been generated.

When I double-click on the generated PDF or Word format documents I get this error message "{"message_error_code":"UE_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST","details":"E5376C6F-06031316","message":"there is no file (content,project,PR_3166000AA9E379C,wi.pdf)","status":404}"
