Good day
System - SEN cloud
There is any active user wit admin permissions (all admins are blocked)
How can I restore it?
Thanks

Wow! Smells like a sabotage...
Please follow Dirk's advice. If credentials of the super admin are lost, then please submit a ticket for the KM-SEN-MGR component for the super admin password restore.

You have NO users with the Administrators role assigned to them?? How did you manage that? You'll need to log in using the 'Super Admin' role (Username admin) and assign Administrators to whoever needs it using that.

That happens a lot. The client forgets who has that ID, or that person left/retired/died. First thing I always do for a new implementation is enter that person's email ID in the user record for admin - at least that way you know who should have it, and may be able to request a password reset (I think...). But in your case yes, follow Anton's advice and ask SAP to reset it.
