SEN Cloud - External user license/pricing

Hello,

Seeking guidance and expect it to be easy, but some quick checks fail me at the moment.

External Users on SEN Cloud:

I remember these are the users who fail SSO.

That this is a concurrent user license, opposed to internal named/active user.

I found this community question, which seems to validate my understanding.

I miss to see a "book price", or if this external user topic is tiered.

I'm in some use considerations at the moment, desire to better understand the potential financial/commercial side of this before approaching my leadership internally or SAP commercial.

Seeking guidance for the external user pricing.

Hi Wallace,

Your understanding is completely correct, there is a separate concurrent user license for external users who fail SSO but need to use SAP Companion. Unfortunately, I doubt anyone will have pricing details other than an SAP account executive. Are you able to contact your representative to get some indication of pricing. If not, I will try to have someone from Sales contact you to provide the information that you need.

I guess I have to go commercial. I was hoping to do more pre-work.

For the SAAS Normal users, there's a book price or calculator on the SAP Store.

Its this external that is the question.

Hi Wallace,

The pricing on the SAP Store relates to the Cloud user license, not the add-on external user licenses. Pricing for external users is based on concurrent users, not named users, so will be different to that pricing. If you want, I can have someone reach out to provide an estimate.
