SEN and creation of multiple users with excel sheet

We use SSO but if I understand, users must be created in SEN.

What is the format of the Excel sheet to import the users in SEN ?

The setting was activated and the user doen't exist in SEN.

Is it necessary a first connection to create the user ?

No. Assuming SEN is set up to use the same identity provider as they are logged into their PC with (which it should have been implemented to do SAP will have done this for you during implementation - assuming SSO was set up then) an ID will be created for them on first access to SEN.

If you are SSO you don't need to create user records in advance,. Just select the Create user on SAML login server setting.
