Select multiple Readiness values in a Succession Plan

Is there any configuration available in Succession Management, which provides ability for a user to select multiple Readiness values in a Succession Plan.

I am aware of "Emergency Covers for a Position or Talent Pool", which can be selected along with other Readiness tags. 

Client is saying Several releases ago, SAP had this ability for a user to select multiple Readiness values in a Succession Plan. They did not opt into that enhancement and now they want to explore.

But I am not aware if any such functionality. Please provide the details if you have.
