Has anyone dealt with a situation where salary planning uses Annualized Base Salary, while Compa-Ratio calculations are based on Total Cash (including Commissions)?
As per my understanding, for the standard fields (increase fields and CR) to work, we have the option to choose only one of them for both scenarios
To implement this, I'm using the standard method for salary planning, i.e. mapping 'curSalary' to Annualized Base Salary. However, I'm creating custom fields to calculate the Compa-Ratio based on Total Cash
I am hoping to find a standard solution to retain the color coding in the standard Compa-Ratio field
Request clarification before answering.
It's not possible in standard and the way you did it is the only way.
We've had this on our internal SAP Professional Services enhancement wish list shared with the Product team for a few years now.
I have never heard back from them on this particular item so for now it seems to be a stalemate but stay tuned over the next few years for potential flexibility added there.
I'm pretty sure there must be an enhancement request on this already, can you check and add your customer vote there ? If you can't find any could you have your customer add one ?
