Seeing the whole screen

Hello all,

When Im looking at training material in Successfactors LMS I cannot see the whole screen but i need to use the x y axis bars in order to look for the area i need to click. This is very annoying in Practice mode. I would like to see the whole screen where I can see everything so I do not need to use X Y horizontal and vertical screen motion bars.

How can I set that in LMS or in SAP Enable Now ? This depends on which aspect?

I have recorded on SAP Enable Now with Scaling 125% and resolution 1920x1012

I am not aware which resolution fits best in your company.

But it should be better on small laptops then 1920x1012.

Hi Marco,

we recommend to do recordings at 100% scale and in a resolution which fits best to the most used displays.

You can also use the setting: "Playback Settings / "trainer - Global" / "Visual Properties" Set there the value for "Zoom for Desktop Playback" to "Zoom to Fit" this should also avoid the scrolling.

That would be 1366x768 100% rating scale. right?

Maybe you can provide more details about your settings and the behavior in the LMS.

In general, you can influence the display of the content with the playback settings. Please check the settings for each mode in the areas Visual Properties and New Window Properties.
You also can verify the settings in the LMS regarding the window size to influence the display of launched content.
