Security Roles for Unregistered Applicant Service User

We went live with e-Recruiting in late October 2012, and we are still ironing out some of our kinks!  Our portal is at 7.3 EHP1, and the backend is on ECC6 EHP6 with EA-HR 607 SP1 and ERECRUIT 606 sp3.

My question is about security, roles, and authorizations for the users that have been created for e-Recruiting.  For the service user created for Unregistered Applicants, please tell me what roles should be assigned?  I have read so many different responses for so many different versions, I wanted to see if anyone could recommend the settings for our current version.
