Search within requisition applicants

Is it possible to configure the same search abilities to active candidates in a requisition that are available in search for candidates?

for most vacancies we receive thousands of applications, killer questions filter some (but candidates aren't always honest), so we want to be able to filter those that pass the killer questions by using field and keyword filters, in the same way we can when running a candidate search to forward to a requisition.

AS its not practical to open and review thousands of CVs for each position, can anyone advise how this can be configured (is it even possible)?

So it seems the team at SAP have been listening and have come up with what looks to be exactly the solution we have been looking for in the new redesigned applicant workbench.

That does indeed allow us to search those that have applied for a specific role, however, that only then enables us to forward them to another requisition.

What we need to be able to do is to quickly search within the requisition to find those that have applied that have a specific skill or keyword, to then progress them through the requisition.

For example, we will receive 5000 applications to a requisition, and we need to find all 20 of those that have keyword "X" within their profile, to progress them to the HC Screening or shortlisting step of the requisition.

as we are dealing in high volumes we need a quicker method to do this than opening each of the 5000 applications to identify a keyword.

it seems that the capability exists at a whole candidate database level, but not within applications to a requisition level? (unless anyone has figured it out?)

Hi Martin,

Yes, you can on the candidate database search screen - just add the "Job Req ID" to the search.

Hi Alina, not quite (but if it lives in that window not the end of the world).

If we wanted to search the entire system to forward candidates (that have not applied) to a requisition, we have the ability to search all fields and keywords within attachments in the candidate profile. See below as example:

However, to filter those that have applied, we have to open the candidate profile of every applicant (thousands of them).

We want to enable this same level of searching and filtering to those that have applied, not just those that sit elsewhere within the ATS.

can this be done?
