Search Screen in Candidate Profile Tab

I am  implementing SAP eRecruitment 6.50 with ECC 6.0 EPH 5.0 with WebDynpro (Earlier started with Dual Instances but move to Single Instance)

I am facing a strange problem which I dont know how to solve. I have involved experience Basis consultant and a senior EP Consultant both are  good technical help for us. However we couldnt solve this issue.

The issues is that when the external candidate login to SAP eRec system instead of the normal candidate profile screen, the system is showing the search screen which we dont know why it is bring that. I am attaching the screen for your analysis. If you see.. the Tab name is Candidate Profile but the content is Job Search. We have configured as you see the standard SAP nothing flashy so standard services are being used.

We have checked, the service users are given SAP_ALL. and there seems to be no error in SLG1

If somebody can help us .. I would be grateful.

Hi Sajid,

That depends on how you have set up T77RCF_WDSP2NDC. Here you can define what elements you want to have in your second level.

Hi SH,

That's fine because it means you have no custom entry here. Could you please also check table T77RCF_WD_SP_IDC if it is empty or not? (You find the IMG steps all under Technical Settings -> User Interfaces -> Candidate -> Flexibilization -> Back End -> Startpages)

I had another hunch, does it anything to do with the TREX Search Component which we have configured.

Hi SH,

No, that is independent of the TREX settings. I could now only think of OTR buffer problems. Could your run transaction /$OTR to reset the buffer and re-test it?

I tried running the /$OTR transaction but it is saying that the transaction does not exist.

The thing is that OTR is for BSP Pages isnt it while we are using Webdynpro.

That isn't correct, OTR textes are still used in WD.

We have not done any customised configuration.

I got it solved.

There is one entry in the table T77RCF_WD2ND1STC which we had put erroneously.

this entry took our 2-3 days of time.

Thanks a lot for your help.

I am also raising one more issues of mine actually there are many. but I need your advice in one of the issues.

Can you please help me out.
