search help not working.

HI all,

while Support Team creation. while choosing search help for personal number I am not able to view any employees . please suggest.

i am using single instance for recruitment.    let me know any setting is need to do for the same.

hi Nicole,

when i tried search help i am not getting no employees! in the dropdown box.

even though i have assigned recruiter role to other employees.
