Dear Experts,

Due to some restriction, the implementation project needs to continue using Nakisa Talen Hub for HR & Executive version 4.3 SP4 for preparing talent management from SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8. After the installation and configurations, Nakisa is able to display the organization data and further browsed to details of positions and competencies related to positions. This is consistent with source data from SAP ECC 6.0.

However when trying to access further for the competency from an employee, the Nakisa is not able to show the data from searching employee. From the screen shots below, any actions to access data vis "Employee" from the menu seems not working at all, which is opposite to accessing via "Position". Should there be any missing steps or connections to be maintained or system needs to sync or regenerate the index. Our team needs advices as soon as possible.

Screen 1: Display data from positions (Okay)

Screen 2: Select working area based on My Positions (Okay)

Screen 3: Search for individual position (Okay)

Screen 4: Search by "Employee" , no output available (Not Okay)

Best regards,

Pryn

Hi Pryn,

It is a long time since I was hands on with Nakisa but the first place to start is the CDS.log - you can view via the Admin tool or at file level. When you perform the "Employee" action, what is the log saying?
