Sealing Confirmation for Learning Integration with SF - "Not confirmed" status implications/actions?

This is for the upcoming Q&A H1 2023 release webinar for Learning.

One of the listed changes is "You can now review the status of your SuccessFactors Learning and Platform integration." In checking the System Configuration for Bizx for our development/staging system, Our SuccessFactors Platform to Learning Integration is "Not confirmed". What are the implications and what needs to be done? Currently, we are integrated via the "User Connector - SF". Is that going to change somehow?

The "User Connector - SF" is independent of tenant sealing. Please review the topic below. As indicated, SuccessFactors will start to automatically seal certain environments - details will be communicated to customers in advance. Sealing is a prerequisite for many innovations including Talent Intelligence Hub, AI Recommendations and the new Learning Experience planned to start rolling out at the end of 2023. Thanks Carolyn. My concern is that we use the integration center to transform some of the data before being sent to the SFTP that is then brought into Learning via the "User Connector - SF". If, somehow, that will change and we will not be able to transform some of the data, it will create significant issues for us, hence the question.

As I read the information, it sounded like no such changes/transformations could be made once sealed. Is this "sealing" only applicable to situations where the integration between Learning and BizX is via API instead of the connector?
