Hello team,
Can't connect on-premise DP Agent to HANA in the cloud. It connects at first but then it says " Unable to make JDBC connection to server"
On the WebIDE, I get Agent "<DP Agent Name>" is not available
Any ideas on this issue?
Thank you
Request clarification before answering.
Are you following teh direction in SDI Doc: Connect to SAP HANA Cloud?
Do you see any other messages about the error message in the framework.trc?

It seems that you agent cannot connect to Hana for some reason, maybe permissions?
Take a Look at the DP Agent Framework_alert.trc and Framework.trc for clues of why you cannot connect.
