We are looking into an automatic screening functionality.
SF has functionalities related to screening questions. Problems with this is that you can’t get an overview of the candidates based on their reply (we can only look at the replies on the candidate level). And there are no possibility to rank the candidates based on the replies.
So is there any plans looking into to this in any release from SAP? What will future functionalities look like in this area?
