When using the content import tool, the item fails to upload. I receive the following error (see below). This seems localized to content created with Rise. I am not experiencing this issue with other content files/packages. I have read this article: https://articulate.com/support/article/troubleshooting-lms-issues and followed the steps, but am still receiving a failed message. Is anyone else experiencing this, and how did you resolve?
