SCORM tracking in SEN Manager

Apologies if this question is repetitive.

I am well aware of the fact that contents published in Manager can be tracked. But not knowing if the content converted into SCORM format and uploaded into an external LMS can be tracked in the Manager or not.

Please help me to understand this clearly. Thanks in advance !!.

No. Once it has been published outside of SAP Enable Now (SCORM, Standard, .exe, SLC...) it is no longer tracked in Manager. I have a CIR to get SAP to put that tracking in place at least for SuccessFactors, but currently no. Best you can do is point to the content in Manager from the SCORMed content, but then tracking in the LMS is limited to "yes, they clicked on the link".

Then can you please tell me the use of Playback settings Tracking back end -> SCORM?

Those settings tell the SCORMed content (technically, the player...) what to communicate back to the LMS.
