Hi Community,
I am publishing a SCORM file (book containing an mp4 video and a quiz) from Producer to SF LMS. However, even though the mp4 video is not huge in size (~26 MB), the complete published zip SCORM is turning out so much bigger (~250 MB)... Is this normal ?
Thanks for the advise.

Make sure the MP4 videos are each loaded as independent Media Objects, and not as assets of other objects. (This also applies to images and other shared objects.) If you reference something that is an asset of another object, the entire other object and all its assets will be included in the SCORM file.
If you do have multiple MP4s as assets of another single object, you can split them out (and update all references) by using Tools > Workarea Structure > Convert Files to Media Objects.
(Obviously if you have a Book Page that has an MP4 or other files as assets and these files are only used/referenced on that one Book Page, that's OK.)

It certainly seems unusual if the (only) MP4 is 23mb but the overall SCORM file is 10x that. Must be something else being sucked in. Check the Dependencies Dialog, go to Advanced Options and select Show Publishing Dependencies - see if there's anything unexpected in there. It won't identify assets of referenced objects, but...
