Scorm file failing to upload

I am attempting to upload a course built in Articulate Rise and exported using SCORM 1.2, but I still get an error message. I have uploaded a similar, larger course without an issue but have tried everything to get this one to upload with no luck.

The error message in the background jobs is - fdf6d487-b474-43fa-8fc9-97456d1c44f6 , but I do not know what this is referencing, as there is no description.

Can someone please provide me with guidance on how to correct the file so that it may be uploaded?

when you upload the zipped content, does it have a nested zip file? (zip containing zip) ?

I am having the same issue with a Rise SCORM 1.2 file. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I am having the same issue for RISE. Had a few others in the organization email me this week and say they are having a problem too. The folder/file structure is the same as it usually is for RISE.

Do you by chance have a PDF document embedded in the course? That ended up being my issue. Not ideal of course, but after removing the PDF it uploaded.

There are no PDFs in the course.
