SCORM content in LMS not accessible

Hello everyone,

Our customer would like to upload existing content to their LMS (imc eCademy).
Uploading books with book pages works without any problems and can be consumed.

However, a book with book pages and simulations is problematic: the upload works, but accessing the learning content does not work (also not the book pages that could be played before)

Does anyone have experience with this LMS or this type of error?
Is it possible that the LMS cannot play simulations and thus blocks the entire content?

Try the SCORM package in a testing tool like the cloud.scorm.com. if it works there, then it might be the customer's LMS system issue, and the browser debugger tools will be your best friend to find out what exactly the LMS doesn't like 

If the package also fails in the cloud.scorm.com, then there is something wrong with the content or settings. I've been exporting SAP Enables Now content to SCORM for years, and can confirm without a doubt that books with sims work fine.
