Score Summary Report

I'm using SCORM 1.2 and Adobe Captivate 2019. I'm attempting to pull learner scores from the Score Summary Report. Some of the items are reporting the score from the eLearning but others don't seem to be reporting any. I'm publishing all files with the same settings and unsure why it's not capturing the data in all instances.

Hi Shawn, did you ever figure out what was causing this? I'm running into the same issue with a course published as SCORM 1.2 through Articulate.

Same issue on one of our customers for the final score information on an aicc file. In the completed course - item details it states that the content has been completed but no value in the score summery report.
