Hi All,
We have created a scheduled job request in Scheduled Job Manager using Admin User for uploading attachments in one of the background elements in Employee File.
Attachments files uploaded in SFTP as required.
The attachments are uploaded to the Active Users. All the users are present in the instance.
Getting this error - Error Msg: The user ID is invalid, unknown, or unauthorized
Kindly help - for to solve this issue. we read many KB articles , but none of these exactly show how to solve this issue.
